Hello there!

Im looking for a female flatmate to share my 2 bed flat- the room is a bright good sized double with wardrobes, bed, shelving unit and a chest of drawers.

The flat is situated in a private secure gated entry mews development in Nightingale Triangle,- very safe and only 7 mins walk to Clapham South tube (zone 2 Northern Line tube), 10 mins to Balham (overground/tube zone 3) and very close to local amenities - incl shops, restaurants & bars plus both Clapham & Wandsworth Common within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

There is a large open plan livingroom/kitchen with all mod cons incl dishwasher/washer/dryer. There are two bathrooms- my room has an en suite and the main bathroom will be yours in the mornings and then I'll only use it if guests come over or I want to have a bath (so no queuing in the mornings!).

You will be sharing with myself and my cat Charlie - I work fairly long hours as I've just started up an company (sometimes working from home) and like to unwind at home in the evenings, I travel quite frequently too.

In addition the flat has fibre optic broadband, Netflix, Sky HD+, Vogue subscription and regular weekly cleaner.

There are secure bike stands if you have a bike within the development but no parking either off street or inside the development and also some communal outdoor space.

The price per month (£800)- inclusive of all bills.

Im looking for a non smoker professional female who is clean, responsible, considerate and respectful (27 plus) and looking for a quiet relaxed home not just a room to rent.

The person must be cat friendly as i have an indoor cat.

I'd like my potential flatmate to stay for a min of six months- I will be requesting employer/bank references. I will also consider a Monday-Friday let at a reduced rent.
