A large room is available in a spacious house-share from 01 November.

It’s a great size with plenty of space for a desk/small sofa and has a lovely view of the large back garden. The room comes fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a shelving unit.

You will be sharing with two easy going housemates (one female & one male), both of whom work in London.

The house comprises of:

The house has good bus links and is about an 8 minute walk from Raynes Park Station, with easy access to Wimbledon, Morden, Kingston and London Waterloo. We also live near a small, partially forested common which is great for running or walks.

Monthly bills come to around £85 which includes council tax, broadband TV license and water. Gas and electricity bills come every quarter and work out at about £20 per month.
