The Living Room

The three bedroom flat is set on the top floor and has been completely refurbished only a few months ago.

The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge and freezer, flat screen HDTV, washing machine and dryer and plenty of storage.

The available bedroom is a large double room (4x3m), with a new orthopaedic mattress, duvet, office desk and chair, pillows, pine side tables, over-bed mini bookcase and plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobe and under bed storage.

The rent is £850 for singles or £950 for a couple, all bills inclusive. The fixed monthly fee includes all bills including a fortnightly cleaning service.

The Housemates

Are two females both in their mid twenties.

One is British from 'up north' (she told us but we forgot) and when she's not working in the events industry and drinking tea, she's fundraising for the London marathon. She's always up exercising before the sun rises but won't make you feel guilty for staying under the duvet. She likes to share her chocolate biscuits and will watch 'The Kardashians' with you without judgement.

The other housemate is of Pakistani decent and imported from Glasgow to be a radiographer in London. She's uber bubbly and when she's not speaking at the speed of light in her Scottish accent, she's usually out socialising or making an incredible mean curry – of which she's happy to share the recipes.

About You

We're looking for a laid back professional aged 20-30, who is keen on making this place home not just a sharehouse.
