The house is located on a quiet residential street in the sought after area between Wandsworth and Clapham Common which is just at the end of the road. 5 minutes walk takes you down to popular, trendy Northcote Road, and it's equidistant from Clapham Junction train station and Clapham South tube station, both of which are 10 - 15 minutes walk from the house.

The room, which has been decorated to an exceptionally high standard, measures 29.6 x 19.3" and is fully furnished. Also included is wireless broadband, tea /coffee making facilities and a fridge.

Ample fitted cupboards and drawers as well as extensive additional under eaves space means there is plenty of room for clothing and storage, and there's a large fitted work / desk area with excellent natural light.
