I am looking for someone to rent my room in my flat I own and currently live in with my sister (Liv). Liv is a 26 year old teacher and is easy going, friendly and loves sport and socialising.
Ideally I would like someone who is looking for a room on a permanent basis. Couples are welcome but would be looking to charge an additional £100 per month.
The flat is a 15 min walk from all of Brixton, Clapham Common and Clapham South tube stations. There are also lots of buses that stop nearby, with 8 different buses going down into Brixton every two mins if you prefer not to walk!
We also have space for you to keep a bike inside if you prefer to cycle.
