Vegan flatmate wanted in Brixton Hill!

We have a cosy room going in our happy and peaceful vegan home in leafy Brixton Hill as our current flatmate is sadly leaving us to return to France. We're 10-15 minutes walk from Brixton station, near to Brockwell Park and all the vegan delights of Brixton (with Kata Kata pretty much next door for tasty vegan pancakes).

Rent is £500 per months and bills are usually no more than £60. The room is available from 20th November.

The flat is spacious with big windows and high ceilings, it has a roomy kitchen (with 2 fridges), bright and comfy communual living/dining room and a balcony where we grow edibles and flowers. The room is a small double with a built in wardrobe, there's also a very decent amount of storage throughout the flat if you need it.

You'd be moving in with 3 lovely vegans: I've just finished my MA, Ruby is an architect and Taylor works in the charity sector and runs a vegan business. We range in age from 24-30 and our interests include cycling, yoga, being creative, cooking, galleries, running, being green (recycling/composting) and spending chilled and quiet time at home.

We're all usually busy working and being out and about but we catch up with each other regularly and have been known to schedule in a vegan sushi night now and then!

The deposit is 6 weeks rent, plus a month's rent in advance and there is an agency fee of £120 to change the name on the contract.

We are clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of each other, so we want our new flatmate to be the same. No pets allowed sadly.
