You'd be sharing with 4 professional guys- they're all lovely- fun to hang out with and enjoy a pub quiz or a few drinks with!

House includes a large kitchen/diner with dishwasher, living room with sky tv, extra downstairs room (used for guests and hanging washing!), and patio garden. You'd be sharing the bathroom with 2 of the guys (other two rooms are en suite).

The house is on a quiet leafy street just two minutes walk from Tooting Bec station (and I mean 2 minutes!) as well as The Wheatsheaf pub, which does an excellent roast, Lidl and a decent coffee shop.

I'm sad to leave but am moving in with my best friend, so the room is available on the 9th December.

All bills are included in the rent, which goes directly to the landlord. Bills include all the usual- water, gas and electricity, council tax, Sky, wifi and a cleaner who comes every other week.
