Looking to Rent a double room for September only
My wife and I are looking to rent a room in a house or apartment in Beckenham Penge Crystal Palace or near abouts area. I will also consider Sydenham Brixton or others near to preferred location. We will give 1st month payment up front as it’s just a month we need it for. We’re looking for an all bill inclusive rent price of £550 - £650 ish a month or there abouts but do quote a price if interested. We are a quiet and tidy couple who are easy to get along with and in London for a months honeymoon before moving to wales.
