I am a 22 year old student in my 2nd year at St Andrews University. I'm looking for a small flat (or possibly a room) somewhere in Fife, Dundee, or possibly Edinburgh. I'm likely to stay in the area so could potentially stay reasonably long term (including over the summer), though preferably don't want to be tied to very long term contracts.

I have a maximum budget of about £350 per month, and would also seriously consider buddy ups for more expensive places - please do contact me if interested in this. I'm quite flexible about exact location - ideally within 15-20 miles of St Andrews, though that could be pushed a bit. Edinburgh could also be a possibility, given the fast travel links.

I would however like somewhere with reasonable insulation.

Would also specifically want to be able to keep a bicycle somewhere under cover (which could be inside house/flat if appropriate).
