Hi, we are Lola & Rich, a couple looking for a double room in a friendly flatshare in north/east London.
Lola is 24 and in the final few months of her degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition at King's College. Rich is 26 and an architect working in Kensington.
We are both originally from Newcastle and have lived in London for 4 years. We also spent a couple of years studying in Glasgow.
We love cooking, eating out and nights with friends, yet we aren't party animals. We are both quite mature for our age, we work hard but certainly make the most of our weekends. We are chatty and friendly but very respectful housemates, we like to keep things clean and tidy but aren't obsessive about it!
We are both huge fans of art and design and try to visit as many exhibitions and galleries as we can. Lola is a lover of vintage fashion and film, Rich is into skiing, football and good ale.
Although a couple we certainly don't spend all our time in our room, we are looking to make friends as well as flatmates, oh and we aren't the type of couple who feel the need to display affection in front of friends/flatmates!
Our budget is around £250pw and we'd prefer that this includes all bills, we could possibly stretch a little further if the room/flat is especially good or has a garden or ensuite.
We'd like to move end of March/beginning of April, but are a little flexible.
