Room/Lair needed in Reading/Bracknell area

Hello!

I will be starting a new job in Bracknell and need a place to call home for the foreseeable future. The bigger the room, the better!

I've included a short list of preferences

-Car parking and a desk/desk space are the only real 'musts'

-Anywhere within 10-15 miles of Bracknell would be preferred for convenience

-Preferably no (large) admin fees

-Looking to live with down to earth
people who are sociable yet respect privacy

-Depending on the proximity to Bracknell, my budget can be more flexible
