Looking for a room in York for 6 to 12 months.

I'm about to start a complete refurb of my house and I don't want to live at home while the work is being carried out. So I'm looking for a place to live until most of the work is finished, which will take at least six months.

I'm self employed and work full time in I. T. I'm very quiet, polite, clean and respectful of others.

I will be spending many of my evenings and weekends working on the house, so it is unlikely you will see too much of me.

Ideally I'm looking for a quiet house where there is only one other person in the property. En-suite would be a bonus but not required. I will need space to park my car and a good broadband connection.

Would prefer Woodthorpe area or nearby as that is where my house is - or somewhere near the Uni which is close to my office.
