Seeking a spacious room anywhere in south London

Instead of taking the traditional University route, I have been accepted into a trainee scheme which involves me working full time in a top Investment Bank, in the City, whilst at the same time studying for a degree.

I have been renting for a year but not particularly enjoyed the experience as most houseshares prefer 25+ as they are considered to be more mature and therefore more likely to keep the property in a tip top condition. For this reason I have been stuck with renting with live-in landlords (who do not keep their own houses clean...a pet peeve of mine as I clean up after myself). I have decided to try my luck this year to find a suitable mature houseshare who are willing to take on a gym loving, hard working 20 year old full time compliance officer (who is also studying towards a degree).

I am looking to move to anywhere in South London with easy access to the City. Any houseshare who cosiders cleanliness to be a top priority.

It would also be brilliant to have housemates with whom I could form a friendship and hang out with now and again. If you love the gym just as much as I do...brilliant, we could train together.
