The contract is up on my place in EC2 so I'm looking for somewhere in the stone-throwing radius so I don't have to leave my favourite coffee joint too.
I work for an art agency as a PM, usually setting up office in Shoreditch House when not onsite, so again - buzzword! - proximity.
Not really a homebody but when I am in, I want to be watching my wine glass empty with a movie, not your festering dishes and jocks occupying the seat next to me.
Hoping my flatmates will be chillers in their mid-late twenties, independent but keen to occasionally grab a drink. Banter is a bonus... requirement.
