Bookish musical type looking for relaxed houseshare!

Hey!

I'm Izzy.
My house has been sold, so looking for a new place from the end of February latest.
Not worried about area as long as its walking distance from town, so Hyde Park, Burley, Woodhouse et al ideally.
Looking for one or two housemates to find a place with.
I smoke, but outside. Other vices include attending every open mic I possibly can, being constantly out at band practice, and correcting people's spelling endlessly.
I don't have any pets but would be happy to share with some :-)
