Clean girl + adorable cat seek city centre room ASAP

Hello :) My name is Cerys and I am looking for a room around city centre/salford, from end of November onwards. I'd prefer female or gay male housemate(s), and I'm cool with a sub-let so long as I'm still treated as an equal in the house, not just a lodger. I have a cat, named Luther who will steal your heart! We come as a double act I'm afraid so he's non negotiable.

I'm a professional photographer and I work full time so there will never be any problem with bills. I'm easy to get along with, and I'm a very clean person. To me, keeping a house clean and tidy is essential. I always clean up after myself and once a week I'm likely to do a deep clean. I don't really want to live with messy people, but likewise I'm not going to be neurotic or controlling about it. If something isn't working or up to standard, I always take it on board and I hope my housemates would do the same, no drama ;)
I'm looking for a double ensuite preferably though just a double is fine too. I'm pretty into cooking so a decent kitchen and fridge freezer space is needed because I like to cook meals in advance and freeze them.

I'm looking for a calm, chilled house - I'm an outgoing, friendly person and I'm always up for a laugh but at the moment I will be working a lot, and trying to save money. I go out every few weeks, I don't really drink anymore, I'm much more likely to go for dinner than clubbing.

Oh and I'm gay. So of course I want to live with people who are accepting of that :-)

I have a house cat, he is a totally gorgeous ginger neutered tom named Luther. I currently keep him in a flat, he's very happy and never goes outdoors. I clean up after him meticulously, and I make sure the flat never smells bad. He is a lap cat and he loves a cuddle... if you might be ready to welcome us both please do get in touch! Unfortunately he doesn't seem to bond with other cats well so it would need to be a cat and dog free home. A bunny could work though. Thanks for reading!
