32yo gay guy originally from Liverpool;

West London is preferential - Ladbroke Grove / Notting Hill is the ultimate goal but all areas considered

Friendly, good conversationalist, but very quiet at home- Actor, DJ, Writer, Singer by trade and online marketing and social media promotion (and don't worry I don't sing or DJ at home I'm very very quiet) and i'm tidy too.

I work a few late nights a week too so need somewhere that is quite quiet in the day to catch up on sleep.

I'm asthamtic so whilst i've been known to have a couple of cigarettes on a night out when I've had a glass of wine, I NEVER smoke at home and couldn't live in a smoking house because it sets my chest and asthma off.

Prefer not to live with pets.

Do not want to live with messy/untidy/noisy people. I am really considerate to others.

weekly pay or monthly pay would work for me

I own very little - I would rather rent a room the size of a postage stamp and it be cheaper than have a spacious room

MUST have wi-fi

-Things I take into account;
-tube transport links,
- I work from home on my laptop some days- this needs to be acceptable.
-the number of people who live in the property (I would rather live with a small amount of people than 5+),
-their age (I am 32, I probably wouldn't move in with a lot of 21 year olds)
- they need to be tidy
- they need to be respectful of privacy
-they need to be fairly quiet, as I work some late nights so I need to catch up on sleep so I need people who are respectful and considerate of each other, whether they have a problem with me being gay and single,
-they need to be non-smokers or not smoke in the property as I am asthmatic
- short term lets preferable (I am unlikely to sign 12 months because if it turns out you don?t get on with your housemates I don?t want to be stuck- 2 or 3 months to 6 months max initially)
-I would actually prefer to live on my own in a bedsit/studio but I don't think my budget will allow it
