Couple w/ pup seeks 1 bed flat in z1-2

Hello, My husband and I are in need a one bedroom (or larger studio) flat in zones 1-2. We have a very well behaved border collie mix mutt and are happy to provide reference as well as an additional deposit on his behalf, if necessary. We are hoping to be within a 30 minute commute to Tottenham Court Road. Part furnished would be great, but not necessary (we have everything except a couch).

I am finishing up my Master's degree at the Architectural Association. My husband is an Engineer and will be working from home. We are looking for a 6 month lease. We are both previous home owners and will be renting our home in the states while we are in London, so we understand the need for respectful and clean tenants who will treat the home like their own.

We need to relocate by September 24th.
