About Myself

Hello everyone,

I'm a 21 year old professional male from South east Kent and I've been living in Ashford for just over 4 years.
P. S I have Asthma.

I am looking for a flat/Double bedroom (Preferable) house with bills included with PCM ?150-?300 Negotiable to whatever is available on the accommodation, additionally social house with like minded people and i don't mind pets at all very friendly with them and can feed, walk them if necessary.

I'm clean, tidy, sociable and respectful of others and generally get on with most folk. I've lived with my grandparents from a younger age and am currently living with step family whom i hope to move out from asap as they have they're youngest son moving into my room of the last week of the month, so I'm well used to sharing household responsibilities, cleaning and respecting others' privacy.

While I'm very independent and have a busy social life, I think it's great when you live with people you feel relaxed with and there's a friendly atmosphere.

I love to draw in my spare time. Although I love Socializing, Gaming, music* I use Professional headphones so no noise late at night for *general house respect* as i cant really sleep without something to focus on, I would want a peaceful home life, not a party zone, but anyone around my age would be great to relate to and possible share the same interests with but i also have the capability to talk to mature adults as i love interacting with anyone new and trying to get along and enjoy the environment around me.

I love cooking and regularly try out new recipes (and I'm happy to share!) i like to make a variety of things just need the kitchen to do it *Preferable fully equipped kitchen with gas"electric hob/oven/extractor fan, microwave, sink/dishwasher/ fridge space and dry foods storage as well. I like bicycle riding, practicing guitar/Piano *Need more lessons*, festivals if i'm not working and if i have someone to go with, eating out, Movies (Preferable with someone), relaxing with a some gaming/movies/music

I'm Not completely certain on living times but if you can be lenient i'd greatly appreciate it i would for definite require at least 1-6 months of accommodation varied *I can talk what would be best for you* i would love to have all bills included into the fee.
