Lovely Couple looking for a flateshare SE London

We are a couple (mexican girl and french guy), We are both professionnal, my girlfriend work in west london, really early in the morning and assist to english classes during the afternoon and I work in Wetherspoon Surrey docks pub for the moment. We are currently living in surrey quays so we have a good knowledge of the area

We enjoy leaving in shared flat with common area as we are both really open minded and easy speaking.. We are both 26 and had had several experiences in flat sharing.

We are looking for a double room, furnished and not more than 700? per month which would include bills.

If you accept quite and tidy couple, we would love to come for a viewing.

We would be available to move around beginning of April, our current contract end the 9th of April.
