Professional Male seeks a double room

Hello there!

My name is Gareth and I'm a 31 year old Quantity Surveyor who has being living and working in London for the past year. I've lived with my current housemate since arriving but our tenancy is up for renewal and my housemate has decided to move into his own place. I am keen to take the opportunity to relocate from Bow to the North of London, with preferred locations being Stoke Newington, Arsenal, Dalston or Highbury. I'd consider myself to be conscientious and sociable housemate with a relatively busy social life but I would also enjoy cooking and socialising as household.
I'm a keen sportsman and regularly climb, cycle and play tag rugby. I also love a good pub, eating out and pretty music any type of music.
