Looking for shared flat close to the center

Hi!

Is the room still available? When could I view it? I?m looking for something starting at the 27th of April, earlier would be okay, and 1st of May would be the latest.

About me:

I just moved to Oxford recently to do research for an Organisation called ?Giving What We Can? and am also an academic visiting fellow at Oxford University.
I?m 29-year-old, easy-going, quiet, liberal, queer friendly, and clean. I smoke only occasionally, but never indoors, and I?d prefer a non-smoking household. I work a lot, but also up for communal cooking or getting having a beer once in a while.

Since it?s really difficult to find a good place, I?d donate 100 pounds to a charity of your choice of Givewell. org, if I get the room (The concept is called ?Moral Trade?) :)
