Room wanted for Mature Professional Male

I am a mature professional working for a local community health service. based in St Austell but can travel from Bodmin, Liskeard, Looe and surrounding areas. I play a number of instruments, but I am considerate of other people's need for peace and quiet and as an experienced sharer know how to compromise.

I am not looking for a party house, but somewhere I can relax in the evenings / weekends after work so maybe best not to share with clubbers! :)

i am willing to consider bedsits, one bed flats, shared houses or converted garden buildings within reason.
