31 y/o professional - houseshare or buddy up

Hi. My name's Dom and I'm soon to be leaving my current rented flat in Reading.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
A room in a shared 2 or 3 bed house/flat, or buddying up to look at 2/3 bedroom places. NOT looking for large house shares. Looking to move early September.

WHEN:
First week of September, for three months or until end of year.

WHERE:
Reading and surrounding areas. Within 5 miles or so of south Reading.

ABOUT ME:
I'm from Lancashire, have lived in Manchester (4 years), Leeds (5 years) and Reading (1 year). I'm an academic research scientist working in Reading.

Outside of work my interests are music, food, politics and cultural stuff, watching documentaries on anything and everything, keeping fit and healthy. Most evenings I'm happy just hanging out at home cooking food, drinking too many brews, that sort of thing.

I'm pretty chilled, respectful, and polite. I do like my own space and some peace and quiet, but I'm sociable and enjoy a good laugh.

I'd prefer to live or buddy up with with young professionals or research students. Gender not an issue. I'm looking for somewhere clean and tidy, and reasonably quiet. House must be in good condition and free of damp/mold, etc. Would prefer a house with some outside space, but will consider flats/apartments. Always up for things like cooking, trips out in the evenings or at weekend, etc.
