Bubbly London Professional Moving to Worthing

Hi, My name is Craig and currently I live in Essex/London and I have recently been offered a job in Worthing, working for the local news paper. My start date will either be the 8th or 15th June. Ideally I'm searching for a property in Worthing between 350-550 a month including bills and preferably with access to amenities such as washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Location is very important as I desire to walk to work to give me a better understanding of the area. I'm a clean and articulate professional who is very sociable yet appreciates my own company. I pull my weight around the home and I'm not afraid of housework. I love animals so this isn't an issue. I'm looking for a room on a short term basis until I find my own flat to move into. I dont mind the orientation of other tenants nor is age an issue.
