Friendly, tidy young pro (+ cat) wants a room!

I am a 26-year old working professional (health care) based in Eastleigh. I have recently completed a post-graduate course at the university alongside my full-time paid role as a CBT therapist.

I have a young cat who spends 90% of his time outside. He is really friendly and has been no problem at all in the last 4 rental properties I have lived in (pet references from landlords are available if required). Ideally, because he is an outdoor cat I am looking for a house with a garden preferably.

I also have a car, so would appreciate being able to park it somewhere (on the street is no problem).

I would require a double room, the larger the better! Any storage or furniture would also be a bonus (I have some things of my own)

I would love to be a part of a friendly, sociable house with 1-2 other young working professionals or postgrad students.

I love going out for meals, out on the town or having cosy nights in - I basically just like spending my time with others! I enjoy cooking, play sport regularly (swimming, netball, skiing holidays, walking) and like some arts/crafts.

My current houseshare has way too many people and others are very inconsiderate, so looking for somewhere with nice, friendly, tidy and respectful housemates.

I need to give one month's notice for my current houseshare.
