Friendly guy looking for house / flatshare

A bit about me:

I am 36 years old who works for a hospice. My current landlord is selling their property and moving out of London so I'm looking for a new rental / house / flat share.

I am a friendly and sociable person who is looking to live with like-minded people. In my spare time, I enjoy time with friends and exploring the city. I also enjoy cooking, films and exercise.

Ideally, I would like to live in a place with a homely feel. I am looking for a houseshare where I'd be able to relax. I am open to making friends with whoever I live with however also appreciate that having your own space is important and would hope that whoever I'm living with would respect this in the same way I would. I am also clean and I'm happy to do my bit to keep a nice living environment.
