Seeking Room In Social Professional House

I moved to Winchester three years ago and it's now time to move from my current house share to a place with easy access to north Winchester and the A34. Looking for double room in shared house or annex to larger property. I am clean, tidy and get on well with pets. I have a rural background, but happy with urban living as well. I like to get out at weekends, but not one for going out on a 'school' night due to the hours I work.
I've traveled around Africa, Bali, Cuba and Sri Lanka, I sail and occasionally run - if it's warm. I'm struggling to find somewhere which ticks all the boxes in terms of location, and/or sharing with professionals. Off-road parking preferred but parking close by is essential.
