The details... We have 1 furnished double bedroom with built in wardrobe to rent in a spacious fully furnished house ideally located in a quiet cul de sac; close to the Berryden Retail Park. The location is 10-15 min walk to Aberdeen University, Aberdeen Medical School and 20 minutes walk to city centre. The house has 3 double bedrooms, a large living room, large kitchen with modern facilities (gas hob & electric oven, washing machine & microwave) a large bathroom, a conservatory and a garage. The house has double glazing and gas central heating. Internet, TV and a landline phone is available. Local Bus services and amenities available are also conveniently across the road, with a local Sainsbury's also nearby.

The rent is £415 per month includes utility bills (Gas, Electric, TV & internet).
