Hey :)

We're looking for a new housemate to fill a single room that will come available on 28th September.

We enjoy chilling and socialising with each other but also enjoy our own personal time. We like to go out at the weekends (dinners, cinema, bars, activities) and sometimes we organise a long weekend away and holidays together. Through the week we tend to be quieter and enjoy a movie (or two) on Netflix. We're looking for people who enjoy the same, are easygoing, fun, and tidy. The house has a pretty varied mix of interests and we all get stuck in now and again!

There are four of us still in the house although one has relocated and he won't really be around much. The current breakdown is two males and two females from mid-twenties to early thirties. We're looking for two new housemates who are also of a similar age and working.

It's been a pretty international house and we would love to keep it up. We tend to cook for each other once in a while too - food is big!

The six-bedroom house is in a quiet location with parking available if needed for one of the new housemates. The house is centrally located and a few mins walk from Union sq, Union st, and the train station. There's a living room, kitchen, laundry room, and two people per bathroom. There is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table. The is a wardrobe but rosie who is leaving kept it just outside to make more space (see photos). The rent for the room is £300. The bills are currently an extra £130 (council tax, electricity and gas, internet, weekly cleaner, and gardener). We all share the bills equally and these are bundled into your monthly payment (currently £430).
