Lovely 2 bedroom top floor flat in Charles Street.

I'm moving to Aberdeen in August to start 2nd year Occupational Therapy at RGU! I have a flat and am looking for a flatmate :)

About me: I'm Rebecca, I'm 23 and from Greenock. I'm very sociable, I love a good night out but I'm also a proper home body. I cook, I clean, I bake etc etc. I love having people over for a games night/frozen margarita night/come dine with me situation, and you really can't beat a gossip girl/one tree hill marathon on the couch in your jim jams!

About the flat: Its a lovely 2 bedroom top floor flat on charles street. Its about a 10 minute walk to union square so handy for shopping/bars & clubs etc. The bedroom has large double fitted wardrobes, a queen size bed, malm drawers, a small flatscreen freeview tv and a desk. The kitchen has all new appliances, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, a breakfast bar and a 2 seater table and chairs. the living room is an ok size with large windows so its nice and bright! the bathroom has a white 3 piece suite with overbath shower. There's a gated parking area and the flat has its own space, I'll be using it for my car but there's extra visitor parking and on street parking. The boys who live there just now are moving out in july. I dont have any photos atm but I have seen a few on the landlords phone so I can vouch that it is a lovely flat. Viewings are available from july onwards. I'm looking to make this flat my home for the next 3 years so I'd like someone who respects that/maybe feels the same!

About the landlord/rent: The landlady is an occupational therapist from Greenock, which is how I came to know about her/the flat. Her son is currently living in the flat with a friend, and they both finish up their degrees at the summer. Once the boys move out she's going to give the place a fresh coat of paint and a tidy up. She's lovely, and available to answer any other questions you might have that I don't have the answers to. The rent is 425pm without bills.

About you: I'm looking to share with another student for council tax reasons! Even better if you're in an allied health/nursing/pharmacy type degree. I'll have placements through the year so you'd need to respect the early nights/long shifts, or I might be away for them and you could have the flat to yourself! Looking for someone who's fun, friendly and up for a glass of vino and a good chat! Clean in a homey/non ocd way is a bonus :)
