The room is already furnished (bed, wardrobe, and a drawer) and amnesties you will need such as broadband and washing machine are available. A storage is available within the building.

A parking permit will need to be purchased through the city council for street parking. Public transports can be access within steps out of the front door.

£500 – 550 Per Calendar month, this figure would be approximate as it always depend on the amount of Gas and the electric being used

I am looking to rent out the room with a minimum and maximum period of 6 months (approx. 1st April 2015 end date). Looking for a professional and easy going flat mate, not a party animal and like to keep the place tidy and comfortable.
