The flat consists of two floors with it's own entrance. Ground floor has living room, kitchen and toilet. Top floor has two double bedrooms and toilet/shower room.
9 minutes walking to Bon Accord mall. 14 minutes walking to Union Street and about the same to University of Aberdeen
Fully furnished including washer/dryer machine.
Price doesn't include council tax and bills, which would probably make around £130 or so, including Wifi.
