The property is situated in a quiet area and is complemented with a large residence car park. There is also a large retail shopping centre within walking distance (Asda, homebase, Argos etc) and both bus and rail transport links to Aberdeen.
I am flexible to have persons Mon - Fri at £400 PCM or 7 days at £450 PCM
