Room to rent in shared west end flat

Great double room, on top floor of light, spacious flat. Fab dining kitchen, living room and separate study/dining room.

This flat is in a great location... Less than 1 minute from main bus routes into town but on a broad, tree lined street in the West End of Aberdeen.

Bills are all included, with the exception of a shared cost of the cleaner which is £10 per week - let's face it, no-one wants to clean up after another Flatmate so the cleaner resolves any issues there!!

The Red Room shown (now taken) has a large, skylight window, as does the L-shaped room. Both are double rooms - I happen to have a single bed tucked into the L-shaped room at present but that can come out and that area becomes the hanging space with a double bed in the main part of the room. I don't have any other furniture yet and will be getting it when you move in - so if there is anything you want to bring let me know!

The third room is the biggest... A square room with a view over the garden.. Photo's are limited to five on this site so I have given you the view rather than the empty square room - but it's nice, honest!

I'm pretty normal - I have a busy job so I'm not around regularly for tea, but love a chin wag when I am in! Equally, I like to just chill at times and this flat is big enough to feel comfortable doing either, with, or without company to suit!
