I have a double Room for rent near City Centre.
The flat is a 10min walk to Union Square and also a 5min walk to local supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl, Spar, chipper and petrol station). It is in a quiet area and with free street parking. The flat has a shared living area/kitchen and a shared bathroom + a garden.
We are looking for someone short-term/long-term or even on a weekly basis. Being tidy is a must as we like keeping our communal area clean.
Rent includes: Internet (fibre optic), TV Licence, Gas and Electricity.
£390 is the price for rent and bills and a deposit of the same amount is required.
