Living room has two sofas, two armchairs a 45 inch television and an upright piano. Gas central heating system. Garden has storage space for bikes and a washing line.

Lease starts August 2016, ending July 2017, but can be flexible, depending on individual. Two other flatmates are fourth year medical students, clean and tidy. Seeking another fellow student or young professional to fill the room, who is also clean and tidy :)
