I have a double bedroom for rent. The bedroom is fully furnitured. The flat is modern, the kitchen and bathroom have been newly updated. The flat is situated in a lovely area. There is off street parking. I have an ensuite in my bedroom, so there would be no waiting to use the bathroom in the mornings!
I am looking for someone who is tidy and would help out with general housework.
Don't mind if you smoke but would ask you to go outside, as i do.
Good bus route into the centre of Aberdeen and good distance if working in Altens and Westhill.
Ideally looking for someone Monday to Friday only.
