This room is on the ground floor of a beautiful new Victorian house in a lovely tree-lined residential street in Forest Gate, Zone 3.

RENT LONDON ROOMS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. SMOKING: No smoking ANYWHERE in house or garden.
2. RENT: includes: Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Internet, & Water. It does NOT include TV Licence, Insurance, or Landline. Rent is paid on 1st of each month by Direct Debit & MUST have your name put as reference.
3. DEPOSIT: 1 month’s deposit is required. Your deposit is transferred to the Government’s Deposit Protection Scheme, where it is held until you have moved out. It will be challenged if you have broken anything, left your room in a mess, or are in rent arrears.
4. CLEANING: Every week you must clean the communal areas of the house with the other tenants & contribute £2 per week to cleaning products. You must keep your room & the house clean & tidy @ all times, and replace light bulbs when necessary. When you move out your room must be left empty & cleaned, & you must not leave anything else in the house.
5. GUESTS: are not allowed overnight more than 2 days per week. You are NOT allowed to sublet your room, nor move someone else into your room and have them living there for more than 48 hours. Children & pets are NOT allowed in the house. Each room is for 1 person ONLY. NO COUPLES.
6. STORAGE: You must not fill the kitchen with an unreasonable amount of stuff: i. e. 1 cupboard in the kitchen + 1 shelf in the fridge.
