My present fantastic flatmate has decided to make the big leap and move in with her boyfriend so my spare room has become available.
Beautiful 2 bedroom house with large living room (huge 42" TV / DVD, washer dryer, fridgefreezer, microwave, kitchen and brand-new bathroom (bath / shower), recently redecorated. Brand new double bed with wardrobe and drawers.
The room being rented has a Virgin HD box (with Sky Sports and ESPN) included in the rent.
Close to bus service 25 (24 hours a day to Oxford Street), 58, 308. London City Airport is a short drive away.
5 Minute walk to station to Liverpool Street (10 mins on direct train) and Stratford (3 mins). Quiet location, directly opposite the lovely and peaceful Wanstead Flats. Some really great local pubs which has a great pub quiz on a Thursday night.
Also very close by is Wanstead Park station to take you to Barking (Essex connections) and Gospel Oak.
I'm a TV producer so would suit a person of a similar age and profession. I'm really easy to get on with and am a mean cook.
I love to travel and work in television so it would be great to have someone with similar interests as me here.
No smoking, and an interesting personality is a must I'm afraid ;-)
Price includes: gas, electricity, water, council tax, 30Mb wireless broadband, Virgin TV, television licence and of course the charm of the other person living there! ;-) Oh, I have an adorable kitten so must not be allergic to cats.
