Double furnished room on top floor of 3 story mews in excellent location in Camden. Sharing with 3 other non smokers - a girl and couple. The house is excellently equipped with large kitchen, all white goods inc dishwasher. The living room is a good size and has french doors opening out onto view overlooking small garden, which can be accessed through the downstairs bedroom.

You would be sharing a large bathroom, with shower, with single female. The couple have sole use of the shower room downstairs. We also have a garage which we use for storage therefore plenty of storage for you and there is gated off street parking for you and visitors.

About us. I'm Lesley (32) and work in news broadcasting and I'm originally from Liverpool. Cameron (27) and Rebecca (25) are from Sydney working in the private sector and the council. My brother is moving out which is why the room is for let. We are a really laid back and sociable house and are looking for someone long term who will fit in with the friendly homely vibe we have. The house is of a high standard and we want someone who is housetrained and will pull their weight - but essentially we just want someone who we will get on with. No couples, as we have one already. No DSS.

The room is officially free as of the 15th February but due to the nature of my brothers job this can be flexible depending on your needs and how urgently you need the room. The rent is £750 inc of all council tax and bills - this includes water gas, electric and very fast broadband.
