Hi,

I have a newly decorated two bedroom flat in Streatham Hill, South West London that's available for a short term let from now until January. It's a stones throw from the train station (15 mins to Victoria and London Bridge)and supermarkets. It has excellent transport links, with Balham (Northern Line) and Brixton tube station (Victoria Line) a 10 minute bus ride away (buses come every minute and bus stop across the street), and is in a really good location. We're right off the high street but in a private court that's nice and quiet.

There are a huge variety of restaurants that are close to us and the cinema is a 5 minute walk away. If you like to exercise, the local gym is a Fitness First and it's about a minute walk from the flat.

It's a fully furnished double room with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table as you can see from the picture. There is a lot of storage space, it's a lovely light and airy room.

We have a separate bathroom and toilet. A large kitchen with a washing machine and dryer for your clothes. The flat was recently refurbished and it's very modern throughout.

We're 26 and 27. I work in banking and am a sports massage therapist my partner works in television and gaming. We're sociable, very easy going and we have different interests. I like meeting up with friends, making full use of the Odeon's Orange Wednesday offer, going out to eat and shopping. My partner loves films, exercising, reading, cooking and going over to his friends.

We're really looking for a girl who we can get along with, someone who is independent and has their own life but also likes spending time with their flatmates from time to time.
