Looking for a comfortable, convenient London pied a terre? Working or studying in the city but live too far to commute?
Our flat, situated in the pleasant surrounds of Belsize Park, could be just what you're looking for.
We are a couple in our mid-thirties with a spare room available for weekday rentals, for as short or as long a stay as you need.
Our flat is located on the groundfloor of a private residential apartment block, with secure underground parking.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe and bookshelf and the exclusive use of the second bathroom (however, you would have to use the main bath and shower.) We have broadband and satellite TV, including Sky Sports, and there is a landline (although not a seperate phone in the bedroom.) The flat is on the ground floor and looks onto a communal garden.
My partner and I both work in media, as a financial journalist and producer respectively.
