I own this flat but moving out. WILL CONSIDER S/T LET. My current flatmate is close friend of mine who is staying on in the smaller room.

Building is 8 years old so this 1st floor flat is fairly modern and in good condition, mainly light colours. V Spacious living room and modern kitchen separated by alcove. This purpose built block is in a private residential estate. Peaceful area. Power shower with bath.

master bedroom has superking size bed and there is still ample floor space with built in wardrobe. recently decorated.

living room comes with 50 inch plasma and sky+. this as well as wireless hi speed bband also inc in price. off street parking available.

Streatham common 5 mins walk away. lovely in summer & hosts free festivals, fun fairs etc. There is a rookery at the top of the common which is beautiful, tranquil and has a tennis court/picnic area. Big Sainsbury's 10 min walk, Spar 5 mins, & 2 pubs and 2 trendy bars. one pub has a massive beer garden, and the other has comedy nights. There are also a leisure centre/swimming baths and ice skating 15 mins walk. Streatham high Rd is 12 mins walk and choc full of restuarants/cafes/bistros/pubs .

Flatmate is v friendly & easy going. He's Cornish, 30 years old. Enjoys sharing the cooking & the odd drink after work. Spends most of his time in his room on his PC or watching TV. keeps himself to himself with min fuss or noise. V tidy. He has a long term girlfriend in Ilford where he spends some of his time.
He loves football, but enjoys most sports. Ideally looking for someone relatively similar but not essential as he is so easy going and patient.
