We met whilst trying to find a place to live so we can all get to know each other at the same time, unlike the usual situation of being the odd one and having to break into existing friendships and social lives! AND as we have only just moved in, you can also join in the process of adding the homely touches (pictures etc) to make the whole house your home not just one room!

There are three of us so far - all English professionals in our mid 20’s - one girl and a couple (been together 3 years so stable & happy!), all very sociable and chilled out looking for someone down to earth and easy to get along with to join us.

The house has a beautiful lounge, a massive kitchen (fully equipped with dining room table, washing/drying machine, microwave, fridge + fridge freezer, hob & oven and plenty of storage space! ) two separate toilets, a bathroom and one spare random room which we haven’t decided what to do with yet. The house is in a quiet and safe area and as its all newly renovated we want to keep it looking nice and clean and tidy.

The room will fit a double bed and some storage and is light and airy. There is a decent sized garden out back, (which the room faces out to) perfect for when the sun decides to appear (it will!). A double bed, wardrobe (with drawers & hanging space) and shelving can be provided, or you can bring your own furniture if you prefer
Although the room is not enormous, you would be very welcome to also make use of the spare room downstairs, which currently just has a desk in for communal use, so there is plenty of space for additional storage. Plus since the rest of the house is so spacious and lovely you wont want to be hiding away in your bedroom anyway!

We just moved in and are looking for someone to join our new home as soon as possible! It would be great to find someone sociable and not averse to a few drinks at the pub, going to gigs or cooking nice food on nights in or even the odd adventure!

In addition to being a beautiful house, the location is fantastic, a few minutes walk from the canal one way and Upper Street the other, 10 minutes walk to Angel tube (Northern Line) and 15 mins to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line). There's lots going on around Angel and the lively and more alternative Stoke Newington with its independent shops and authentic world restaurants is also nearby. Plus there are buses to everywhere you can think of.......

Angel itself is a great place with so much to do on your doorstep, you can make the most of the numerous pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes along Upper Street and Essex road, as well as an enormous Sainsburys, a Tesco, Waitrose and M&S plus we have a small Co-op just at the end of the street when you are feeling lazy/forgetful! Angel also has two cinemas, the 02 academy and many high street and alternative shops.
