The house is a beautiful Victorian building, well decorated and lovely to live in. We first moved in after viewing on a sunny Saturday as the house was bathed in sunshine, inside and out. The room is large enough for a double bed and shelves it also comes with a good sized study downstairs that would be for your use.

There is a lounge with sofas, a dining room with a nice big dining room table leading onto a well equipped kitchen.

Myself (James) and friend Natasha have lived here for a year and our previous housemate has just left to travel the world. Personality wise, we are laid back and treat each other with consideration. Lead quite social lives, enjoy a good tipple either out in the local bars, or in watching a film.

Looking for a housemate who is the same, considerate, social and understanding. We are not trying to find someone who is going to lock themselves away in their room for the entire year!
