I have a large bright room with sofa, table, chest of drawers and several cupboards. The Edwardian house has a kitchen/diner overlooking a small well-stocked garden. The house is situated close to the open space of Wandsworth Common with cafes and restaurants and for shopping there is either Balham within walking distance to Sainsbury’s and Waitrose or, the popular Nothcote road market on a Saturday.

The area benefits from excellent transport links be it tube, train or bus. I am 10 minutes walk to Tooting Bec tube which is on the Northern line to West End or City. Wandsworth Common train station is 8 minutes walk away with regular access to Clapham Junction (3 minutes) and Victoria (10 minutes). Buses go to Clapham Junction, Chelsea or Wimbledon.

I am looking for a responsible mature person who would enjoy sharing the odd meal and ideally with an appreciation of the arts. I have one cat a young female moggie.
