Hi,
I have two double rooms available in a three bedroom flat.

Looking for two friends or two individuals to move in.

I am an English guy 30, and have rooms ready from March 28th.

I’d love some multi-cultural diversity, or for a full English household... either way is cool.

The flat is 7 minutes walk from Holland Park tube on the Central Line and 5 from Ladbroke Grove on the Hammersmith and City line.

Also, 5 minutes from Portabello Market, and very close to Sheperd's Bush, Westfield's, High Street Kensington, Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate.

The deposit is only £430 and bills will be about £40 per month with council tax at £31.

My flat mates are moving out, one to Clapham, and one back to China. The landlord is a good guy, no problems at all.
