The room has laminate wood flooring and is newly (as of November) furnished with:

- single bed with giant drawers for storage that pulls out to king-sized bed
- closet unit with rails for both full-length and short clothing, shelves and pull out drawers
- a few shelves for books, etc

It's below street level, in the back, so it is super cosy. The window opens up to the back patio, which boasts big sky, pretty brick walls, patio furnishing and a fire pit for BBQ, etc.

My flatmate is a very friendly, easy going chap who works in strategy/fundraising for a children's charity and plays bass in a comedy/punk band. He's very chill and independent and is pretty much always down for talking about music, the labour party, the upcoming world cup, the upcoming elections, the history of british railways, etc, etc. And he has two cats. They kinda do their own thing. They're mostly outdoors.

Please be considerate, reasonably tidy and good company. I'll be out of town sorting out visa stuff and I want to be sure my superstar flatmate is in good hands!!
