I am looking to find someone friendly, clean and sane to rent the second bedroom in a two bedroom mezzanine flat in Chalk Farm.

Its an amazing flat (if I do say so myself) with kitchen/ dining room, a big living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a pretty garden.

The flat is 3 minutes walk from Chalk Farm Station and about 5 minutes walk from Camden Town station. Kentish Town West Rail station is two minutes walk away. And Primrose Hill is literally a five minute walk.

The flat is available for a minimum 6 month lease, and is available on the 6th April.

The rent is £705 a month, with bills on top of that. This comes to about £110 per month including utilities, broadband and council tax. Deposit is one months rent.

The room itself is a double room, facing the garden. It has a double bed and a walk in wardrobe and there are also lots of integrated shelves. There is also a dressing table which comes with the room.

And as for me... I too am a friendly, clean and relatively sane person. In the past, I have been a great good luck charm - with my last five flatmates finding true love while living with me.
(Okay - that is a slightly big claim to make... but it could potentially happen to you too).
